Great hotel located in a busy area just next door to the restaurants, beach and shops, the bars, and the beach and the Takapuna township. Clean rooms with electric blankets. The views over garden. The location was magnificent and good and beds were very comfy. A great selection of food options within a close distance from the venue. Honestly no complaints.

The room was pretty spacious and had a super comfy bed. It was cool having cupboards and a patio here. I really liked having a microwave, fridge, and glassware ready to use. 🌟.

The apartment I stayed in had a nice patio and cupboards. the location was beautiful and amazing with free parking available. I also tried out the restaurant close to the beach! 🏖️.

the location is superb, just a block from the beach and next to the shopping and restaurant strip. the bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with a small balcony deck. the bed provided a peaceful night's sleep, and the bathroom had a small but deep bath, a shower, toilet, and basin all in one room. the hosts were lovely, and parking was easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like cereals and tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. a great place to stay.

Excellent location near the beach and shopping area. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of room to relax in the courtyard and balcony. Enjoyed the surprise of cereal and milk. Friendly hosts.
Felt very cared for, no reason to complain.
